We use a local baker, source local fruits and vegetables and Australian meats. 90% of what we sell are made by hand in our Jolimont kitchen so that we can control all of the ingredients that are used to make our product.
Australian produce is used in 95% of our meals which will reduce the additional food miles incurred in imports.
Separate receptacles for food waste and recyclable
products are used to separate our kitchen waste. Food waste and spendt coffee powder are composited and used in the gardens of many of our customers.
We use recyclable packaging in our cafe operations. Catering platters are recycled, thanks to the the support of our customers.
